PIper

Piper is a fully lined bubble featuring soft ruffles. The bodice can be customized with a smocked insert where it gathers on the waist. The bubble buttons in the back with a wraparound facing for a couture finish complete with a continuous bound placket.It features elastic casings at the legs and button or snaps in the crotch. An optional sash is included as well as the smocking plate, Piper's Butterflies.
