Beginner Kids Sewing Camp
Children who are interesting in learning to sew will love our summer camps! Must have finished 3rd grade to participate in this class. (We have learned from past classes that this is the best age for the kids to be able to learn and pay attention during the camp. We are sorry but we cannot make any exceptions to this age limit). At camp they will make a pillowcase, a bag, and other fun items. Please bring a snack. Supplies are included in the cost of camp.

Learn the basics of sewing with Kay Murphy. In this class you will learn terms, how to cut out a pattern, and make a simple children's garment from start to finish. This class is for adults. ***You must come in PRIOR to the day of class to purchase your supplies***

Intermediate Kids Sewing Camp

Madeira Applique
Learn the technique of Madeira Applique. This is a beautiful technique that can be used on dresses, collars, daygowns, etc. The first class we will learn the technique of Madeira applique and the next three classes we will work on a project of your choosing. We will spend part of the first class choosing a pattern and supplies for your project. Taught by Martha Shaw.
