Shirred Sundress Class
In this class, you will learn how to use elastic thread to create this easy summer sundress! This technique can also be used to make shirred skirts or other items. No pattern is needed. You will need fabric (finer fabrics will work better than heavy fabrics. Liberty is perfect for this project!), elastic thread, and regular thread. This will all be available at The Smocking Bird.
